Of course! Just make an appointment with us during opening hours. We would love to explain more about the class details and show you around the studio.

Your pieces will be fired and glazed in about 4-6 weeks. You'll receive an email as soon as they’re ready for pickup. If you're out of town, we can arrange shipping for an additional fee!

Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your class.

You can do so via customer portal in your booking email.

Maximum extension period for rescheduling is 30 days from the original date of booking.

Strictly non-refundable in cash once the booking has been confirmed.
