Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy (Pottery Studio)

It is the studio’s discretion to reschedule or cancel workshops should unforeseen circumstances or events occur beyond the studio’s control.

One-Off Classes / Weekly Courses

Strictly non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

Reschedule of booking is allowed with at least 24 hours in advance via customer portal.

Maximum extension period for rescheduling is 30 days from the original date of booking.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class: 100% sen credit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the class: 50% sen credit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class: No refunds.

Make-up Course Session

You must be able to attend all sessions selected.

There is no make-up session for all packages if you did not reschedule at least 24 hours in advance (except for "Wheel throwing Package").

Private Events

A deposit is required to reserve your event.

To reschedule your event, please inform us at sumim@senbyprodigal.co at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

A cash refund of 50% from your deposit will be processed.

Within 2 weeks of the scheduled event, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

Late Arrivals

If a student arrives over 30 minutes late to their scheduled class, the teacher is able to refuse entry with no rescheduling or refund possible.

No-shows/late for classes are considered as attended and booking cannot be refunded/rescheduled/postponed.

Late Piece Collection

If a student does not collect their work within 3 months of their scheduled class or workshop, the studio holds no responsibility for their work and may dispose or use it at our discretion.

Gift Cards

Gift cards sales are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash or credit.
